FR-ADP04 is a flame retardant specifically designed for use in engineering plastics such as PBT, PET, and polyamide. Its unique particle size process helps prevent decomposition during polymer granulation, maintaining material properties and color stability. This flame retardant is ideal for both glass fibre reinforced and non-reinforced grades of PBT and PET, offering excellent physical and electrical properties.

In Glass Fiber Reinforced PBT:
To achieve a UL 94 V-0 classification at 1.6 mm thickness, a typical dosage of 10% FR-ADP04 combined with 5% nitrogen-based flame retardant is recommended. Dosage may vary depending on the specific formula and processing conditions.
In Glass Fiber Reinforced PA6 and Other Composites:
For a UL 94 V-0 classification at 0.8 mm thickness, a dose of 12% FR-ADP04 combined with 6% nitrogen-based flame retardant is typically sufficient.

FR-ADP04 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
FR-ADP04 must be sealed, stored in a dry and cool place.
