FR-AP1000 is a white powder halogen-free flame retardant based on ammonium polyphosphate (phaseⅡ, APP). The product has the average polymerisation degree higher than 1500. It is suitable for flame retarded applications like intumescent acrylic coating, and etc.

APPLICATIONS
In polypropylene (PP) systems:
a dosage of approx. 26-28% (by wt.) FR-AP1000 combined with triazine charring agent is usually sufficient to obtain the UL 94 V-0 classification (1.6 mm).
In epoxy resin, acrylic resin, and etc:
the excellent synergistic effect is achieved by combined with MCA, or ADP.
PACKAGE&STORAGE
Packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
The product should be sealed and stored in a dry, dust-free, and cool place.
