Product Description：
FR-PCU is a transparent viscous liquid, water-soluble phosphate flame retardant, with higher phosphorus content in contrast to commercial phosphate based products. This product exhibits excellent flame retardant effect, low toxicity smoke, and improved physical and mechanical properties of the flame retarded materials. It also exhibits good synergistic effects with flame retardants such as ammonium polyphosphate, organic phosphinate, melamine polyphosphate, or melamine cyanurate. FR-PCU is widely used in industries like electrical and electronics, automotive, textile, furniture, as well as in applications such as wood coatings, inks, acrylic adhesives, etc.

Applications：
In the use of ink printing, a dosage of 15-20% (by wt.) of FR-PCU is usually sufficient to obtain the most efficient flame retardant grade, with less side effect on ink adhesion.
FR-PCU has good flame retardant effect in acrylic adhesives, with less side effect on its tack. The synergistic effect is achieved by combination with organic phosphinate.
FR-PCU is suitable for the use of textile in polyester (PET) or polyurethane (PU), with the flame retarded fibres are soft, dry, and glossy.
FR-PCU is also suitable for the use materials like PU rigid foaming.
