Description
FB-PP509H is a high-efficiency flame retardant masterbatch developed to maintain effectiveness at high temperatures in the new energy vehicle field.
Advantages
Environmental- and eco-friendly;
No loss of flame retardancy at 90℃ torrefying;
And a low dosage, compared to traditional PP flame retardants.
A lower cost than the current commonly used bromine-antimony flame retardant system, since it is unnecessary to add antimony trioxide.

Usage
FB-PP509H can be used for PP copolymer and homopolymer, PP injection products, regular PP corrugated pipes, and PP filler systems, such as talc and barium sulfate filling. FB-PP509H cannot be used in a calcium carbonate filling system.
Ø In PP corrugated pipes:
A dose of 6% to 8% FB-PP509H is typically sufficient for the PP corrugated pipes to self-extinguish. And after torrefying at 90℃ for 1000 hours, PP corrugated pipes' flame retardancy is still qualified, and the mold deposits generated during the simultaneous and continuous injection are little.
Ø In PP homopolymer:
A dose of 2% to 3% FB-PP509H is typically sufficient for the PP homopolymer compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-2 classification at 0.8 to 3.2mm thicknesses, pass the GWFI 960℃ test, and the glow wire can satisfy the GWIT 775℃ non-combustion requirement.
Ø In PP copolymer:
A dose of 5% to 7% FB-PP509H is typically sufficient for the PP copolymer compounds to obtain the UL 94 V-2 classification at 0.8 to 3.2mm thicknesses, pass the GWFI 960℃ test, and the glow wire can satisfy the GWIT 775℃ non-combustion requirement.

Packaged in woven bags with a plastic liner. 25 kg per package.
The product is transported as non-toxic and non-hazardous goods.
The product must be kept dry and away from moisture.
