Description
FB-PE800H is an eco-friendly flame retardant masterbatch made from PE. It is typically used for foaming in systems that contain PE or a mix of PE and EVA. FB-PE800H can be utilized in continuous extrusion foaming processes without causing issues such as broken holes.
FB-PE800H has several advantages that make it an excellent choice for use in foaming systems. It has outstanding compatibility with resins, which means it can be easily integrated into various systems. Additionally, it has low precipitation and good mechanical properties, ensuring that the final product is of high quality. Furthermore, FB-PE800H does not have any adverse effect on the materials' yellowing resistance test, ensuring that the final product maintains its appearance over time.
Typical Properties
Physical Properties | Unit | Target Value |
Appearance | White Granules | |
Water/Moisture | % | 0.2 |
Flame Retardant Content | % | 80 |
Decomposition Temperature | ℃ | 330 |
Usage
FB-PE800H is highly compatible with other materials, allowing it to be used without the need for formula adjustments.
Ø In continuous extrusion foaming pipes:
FB-PE800H is frequently used in the manufacturing of continuously extruded foam pipes. It has no adverse effect on foaming stability, leading to uniform foaming pores and a high foaming ratio. By adding 6% to 12% of FB-PE800H to a PE formula, effective flame retardancy can be achieved.
Ø In pearl cotton, blow molding, extruded pipes, hollow boards, etc.
Ø Attention:
It is important to note that certain additives, such as calcium carbonate and chlorinated color powders, may negatively impact the flame retardant system.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
