Non-halogenated Flame Retardant for TPE
Product Description:
FR-AMC01F is a non-halogenated phosphorus and nitrogen based flame retardant, achieving its good flame retardant effect via a combined gas phase and condensed phase mode of action. It has good compatibility with polymers, therefore the flame retarded material is less brittleness, lower formation of toxic smoke or corrosive gases (e.g. PH3). FR-AMC01 is a white powder, multiple color solutions would be implemented to enable broader applications of flame retarded materials.

Application:
In the use of TPE, a dosage of 25 parts FR-AMC01 is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 classification (1.6mm), with the improved notch impact strength by 10-20%.
In the 30% glass fibre reinforced PBT, a dosage of approx. 12% (by wt.) of FR-AMC01 is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V0 classification (3.2mm).
FR-AMC01 is also suitable for the use in styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS), a dosage of 30 parts FR-AMC01F is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 classification (1.6mm).
FR-AMC01 is hygroscopic, if even very low moisture content should be avoided. Weak shear screws are suggested to avoid flame retardant decomposition during processing.

FR-AMC01 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Handling:
FR-AMC01 should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
