Product Description：
FB-PA50M is a non-halogenated flame retardant masterbatch based on melamine cyanurate (MCA), with polyamide 6 (PA 6/ nylon 6) as the carrier. This product achieves its good flame retardant effect via a special method of nano-technology. It has benefits on excellent flame retardant effect, high whiteness, and better physical and mechanical property in contrast to conventional MCA based products. FB-PA50M is suitable for the use such as PA modification, corrugated pipe, injection molding, cable ties, textile and spinning.The non-halogenated product is complying with the regulations such as RoHS, REACH, etc.

Applications：
In the use of nylon corrugated pipe, a dosage of 6-8% (by wt.) of FB-PA50M is usually sufficient to obtain the UL94 V-2 rating; a dosage of 20-23% (by wt.) of FB-PA50M is also usually sufficient to obtain the UL94 V-0 rating.
FB-PA50M is also suitable for the use such as electrical connector, bobbin, cable ties, textile and spinning, and etc. Mixing white granule product with PA material for injection molding, largely saves manufacturing costs.
Care must be taken that FB-PA50M may be ineffective by contamination of olefins or organosilicon compounds.
Packing:
FB-PA50M is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
FB-PA50M should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
