SR-PP100 is a silicone masterbatch containing ultra-high molecular weight siloxane with a special structure in polypropylene carrier resin.

Acts as an anchor in the material, providing long-lasting and effective scratch resistance to polypropylene without impacting its impact performance or causing stickiness.
Shortens the injection cycle.
Enhances processing performance.
Decreases the surface friction coefficient and boosts the wear resistance of materials.
Enhances the hydrophobicity of the material.
Shows good compatibility with polypropylene.
SR-PP100 can be used in PP, PE, TPE, and other materials.
In extrusion and moulding(dosage:0.2% to 1%):
Lowers the torque and head pressure during extrusion, leading to increased output.
Enhances mold stripping performance in injection molding, improving material flow and mold filling while reducing the injection molding cycle.
In TPE(dosage:1.5% to 5%):
Enhances material smoothness and scratch resistance.
In PP(dosage:1.5% to 5%):
Provides excellent scratch resistance.
Prevents surface blooming and has a low odor.
Results in a uniform glossy surface without any bright spots.

SR-PP100 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
SR-PP100 should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use. It is however usually not necessary to predrying the product before use.
