Description
AS500SR is a type of silicone masterbatch. It uses styrene-acrylonitrile (AS) resin as the carrier and ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane as the main component. The silicone is evenly dispersed in the AS resin using a high-efficiency dispersion process.

During injection molding, AS500SR can improve mold stripping performance, increase material fluidity and mold filling performance, and reduce cycle time. Additionally, when used in fiber-reinforced products, it can reduce surface floating fibers. |

Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with an aluminum-plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
