SR-PP106 is a supramolecular polysiloxanes based silicone masterbatch, with polypropylene (PP) as the carrier resin. This specially designed ploysiloxane has good compatibility with PP system, and thanks to its good anchoring effect, the material exhibits durable abrasion resistance while exerting less side effects on physical properties (e.g. Impact resistance, viscosity). SR-PP106 is suitable for applications such as shortening molding cycles, improving processability, reducing the coefficient of friction, enhancing abrasion resistance, and improving hydrophobicity of materials.

SR-PP106 is suitable for use in PP:
In extrusion and molding（dosage：0.2% to 1%）:
* Reduces torque and head pressure during extrusion, leading to increased output.
* Enhances mold stripping performance in injection molding, improving material fluidity and mold filling performance while reducing injection molding cycle times.
In PP finished parts（dosage：1.5% to 5%）：
* Provides excellent scratch resistance.
* Prevents surface blooming and has a low odor.
* Results in a uniform gloss surface without bright spots.
SR-PP106 is aslo suitable for use in TPE:
In TPE（dosage：1.5% to 5%）：
Enhances material smoothness and scratch resistance.
After the silicone masterbatch is evenly mixed with resin, it is processed into modified materials using an extruder.
After the silicone masterbatch is evenly mixed with resin, it is injection molded into products.

SR-PP106 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
SR-PP106 should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use. It is however usually not necessary to predry the product before use.
