Product Description:

FR-PT105 is a white powdery anti-dripping agent based on modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is suitable for the use of thermoplastics, assisting to improve the flame retardant effect and to obtain the most efficient grade. Thanks to its good compatibility with materials, the addition amount is relatively low, and has less side effect on the impact strength. FR-PT105 has benefits on good dispersion and non-bundle in room temperature during processing, and the flame retarded material has good appearance, such as non-warped, no white patches, with the improved glossiness in contrast to conventional PTFE products.

FR-PT105 is suitable for the use in thermoplastics or plastic alloys, such as polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyphenylene oxide (PPO). 

FR-PT105 can be directly added into plastic extrusion granulation formulations. A dosage of 0.1- 0.8% (by wit.) of FR-PT105 is usually sufficient to obtain the UL94 V-0 classification. 

In the use of transparent PC system (MFI 20), a dosage of 0.3% of FR-PT105 combined with 0.1% of FR-418 and 1.0% of FR-X9800 to obtain the UL94 V-0 rating (0.8mm).

FR-PT105 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package. 

Storage: 

FR-PT105 must be sealed, stored in a dry and cool place.
