FR-AHP02P, a novel, high-performance phosphorus-silicon-based flame retardant innovated by Yinyuan. This product overcomes the limitations of conventional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, eliminating screw and mold corrosion while also addressing the challenge of precipitated small molecules that can occur with prolonged injection processes.
The granular form of FR-AHP02P has been meticulously designed to mitigate common issues such as dust creation, layer separation post-flame retardant addition, and excessive dosage requirements. Its granulation enhances the efficiency of extrusion and granulation processes, thereby boosting production output and ensuring heightened product stability.

Specifically in polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber, achieving the stringent UL 94 V-0 flame resistance rating at a thickness of 1.6mm necessitates only a 14% to 15% inclusion rate of FR-AHP02P. This dosage ensures tensile strengths exceeding or equal to 120 MPa and notch impact strengths of no less than 12 KJ/m², accompanied by exceptional color adjustability.
Meeting Stringent Electrical Requirements:
For applications demanding high CTI ( Comparative Tracking Index ), GWIT ( Glow Wire Ignition Temperature ), and GWFI ( Glow Wire Flammability Index ) standards, compounds fortified with FR-AHP02P can attain a CTI value of up to 600V, all while maintaining a low density profile. This dual achievement of high electrical safety standards and low compound density safeguards mechanical integrity, preventing any deleterious effects on the end-product's physical properties.
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
