FR-NSB is a white powdery, non-halogenated synergistic flame retardant produced by a special method. It differs from most other commercial products (e.g. zinc borate, hydrotalcite, etc.) in the following ways: great thermal and colour stability, high whiteness (reduce the amount of titanium dioxide usage for white products).
FR-NSB has achieved a complete replacement of antimony trioxide (Sb2O3), with excellent flame retardancy, further reducing manufacturing costs. It is mainly used in flame retardant modifications for polymers such as ABS, HIPS, PE, PP, PBT, PA, etc.

The product has high whiteness and high temperature resistance (1% weight loss temperature (TGA), is greater than 600℃), especially suitable for PA, PBT, PET, PP, ABS, HIPS, PE and other materials.
The product can replace antimony trioxide in 100% equal amount, which greatly reduces the production cost for customers.
FR-NSB has equivalent tensile and bending strength, whiteness compared with antimony trioxide. It also plays a role in low smoke density and anti-dripping.
