FR-ADP01 is a white powdery non-halogenated flame retardant based on fine-grained Aluminium Diethylphosphinate (ADP). This product exhibits excellent flame retardant effect, high temperature stability, and good dispersibility. FR-ADP01 is suitable for applications in thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), adhesive and potting, etc.

In TPE and TPU:
FR-ADP01 is suited for thermoplastic elastomer such as TPE, TPU. This product exhibits good flame retardancy, and synergist effect in combination with melamine cyanurate (MCA) and melamine polyphosphate (MPP). A dosage of 30.0-40.0% is usually sufficient to obtain VW-1 flame retardant rating.
In Adhesive and Potting:
FR-ADP01 exhibits good dispersibility, hydrolysis resistance, good mechanical property, and suited non-halogenated applications in hot melt adhesive, potting, etc.
In Electrical and Electronic Application:
FR-ADP01 is also suited for electrical and electronic application thanks to its good hydrolysis and not hygroscopic.

FR-ADP01 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 20.0kg per package.
Storage:
FR-ADP01 must be sealed, stored in a dry and cool place.
