Product Description：

FR-AMP01M is a white powder, non-halogenated flame retardant based on an organic phosphinates and nitrogen synergistic system for polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). This product achieves its excellent flame retardant effect through intumescence, a combined gas phase and condensed phase mode of action. It exhibits good compatibility with polymer resins, therefore the flame retarded PBT is less brittleness, lower formation of toxic smoke or corrosive gases (e.g. PH3). FR-AMP01M exhibits good colourability, which can withstand the demanding requirements of multiple color applications.

FR-AMP01M exhibits excellent flame retardant effect for polymer resins, particularly suitable for PBT. In 30% glass fibre reinforced PBT, a dosage of 14-15% (by wt.) of FR-AMP01M is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 rating (1.6 mm), with an approx.10-20% improvement in impact strength in contrast to commercial products.

FR-AMP01M has good colourability (particularly suitable for white application, whiteness > 90%), and reduces the graying probability in injection molding for long terms.(reduces the tendency for graying during long-term injection molding.) 

FR-AMP01M is also suitable for glass fibre reinforced polyamide (PA/ nylon), a dosage of 15-16% (by wt.) is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 rating (1.6mm).
