Product Description:
FB-PC4001H is a halogenated flame retardant masterbatch, with polycarbonate (PC) as the carrier resin. It achieves its excellent flame retardant effect by good compatibility with polymer resins, less blooming. FB- PC4001H flame retarded material has good mechanical and physical properties, good light transparency, and less side effects on yellowing resistant test. This eco-friendly product suitable for applications such as PC injection molding, PC films, etc.

FB-PC4001H is widely used in applications such as PC modification, injection molding, plastic calendering, etc. A dosage of 3-5% of FB-PC4001HF is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 (1.6-3.2mm) flame retardant rating.

FB-PC4001H may be affected by toughener and the recommended dosage should be no more than 1% (w/w).
FB-PC4001H has synergistic effect with anti-dripping agents (e.g. FR-PT105).
