SR-PC600 is a supramolecular weight polysiloxanes based silicone masterbatch, with polycarbonate (PC) as the carrier resin. SR-PC600 is suitable for applications such as enhancing abrasion and scratch resistance of PC, PC/ABS materials.

SR-PC600 is suitable for PC, PC/ABS materials:
In extrusion and molding:
A dosage of 0.3-1.0% (by wt.) of SR-PC600 is usually sufficient to reduce torque and die pressure during extrusion process, enhance production capacity, and save energy consumption.
De-molding is improved during the injection molding and scratch is reduced.
In finished parts:
Glass fiber rich surface is reduced in fiber-reinforced materials.
Scratch resistance is improved.
Friction coefficient of the product surface is reduced, and the abrasion resistance is enhanced.

SR-PC600 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
SR-PC600 should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use. It is however usually not necessary to predrying the product before use.
