Product Description:
FR-MC251 is a white powder, non-halogenated flame retardant based on modified melamine cyanurate (MCA). This product achieves its flame retardancy by good compatibility with polymer resin, non-hygroscopic, and exhibits good physical and electrical properties. FR-MC251 is specially developed for polyamide (nylon/ PA) to obtain the most efficient flame retardant grade.

Application：
FR-MC251 is modified melamine cyanurate to enhance flame retardancy and to low addition amount. This product achieves its flame retardancy by good compatibility with polymer resin, non-hygroscopic, and exhibits good physical and electrical properties. FR-MC251 is specially developed for glass fibre reinforced and non-reinforced PA to obtain the most efficient flame retardant grade.
Care must be taken that additives (e.g. lubricants), may have side effects regarding screw and shear, and poor dispersion of all compounds.
