Modified Melamine Cyanurate Flame Retardant for Polyamide
FR-MCA750 is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on modified melamine cyanurate for high-temperature polyamide (nylon/ PA) modification. This product has excellent compatibility with nylon, the flame retarded materials exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, and the improved results of glow wire test.

Applications:
FR-MCA750 is specially developed for enhancing glow-wire temperature and lowing addition amount of melamine cyanurate. This product achieves its excellent flame retardant effect via a gas phase mode of action, reducing the oxygen content surrounding the materials instantly, and therefore reducing the risks of flames. Care must be taken that additives (e.g. lubricants), may have side effects regarding screw and shear, and poor dispersion of all compounds.
