Non-halogenated Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PET Spinning 

Product Description：

FB-PET40B is a non-halogenated organic phosphinate based flame retardant mastrebatch specially designed for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) spinning. This product has excellent flame retardant effect, low addition amount, high thermal stability, and good compatibility with resins. FB-PET40B flame retarded material has good physical and mechanical properties.

• Non-halogenated flame retardant with favourable environment and health profile.

APPLICATIONS：

• A dosage of approx. 8% (by wt.) of FB-PET40B is usually sufficient to achieve self-extinguishing flame retardant rating, with the limiting Oxygen Index up to 32%.

• Predrying (e.g. 3-4h at 100-110℃) of the mixing of RB-PET40B and PET is recommended, if even very low moisture content must be avoided.

Packaging & Storage：

• Packed in paper-plastic composite bags lined with plastic, each bag weighing 25 kg.

• Store in a sealed, dry, dust-free, and cool environment. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
