Product Description:
FB-PC4002H is a non-halogenated flame retardant masterbatch, with polycarbonate (PC) as the carrier resin. It achieves its good flame retardancy by good compatibility with polymer resins, low blooming. FB-PC4002H flame retarded PC exhibits good mechanical and physical properties, good light transparency, and low side effect on yellowing resistance. This eco-friendly product is free of PFAS, suited for applications such as PC injection molding, PC films, etc.

Flame retarded materials exhibit good physical and mechanical properties.
Flame retarded material has fewer side effects on yellowing resistance property.

FB-PC4002HF is widely used in applications such as PC modification, injection molding, plastic calendering, etc. A dosage of approximate 5.0-10.0% of FB-PC4002HF is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 (1.6-3.2mm) flame retardant rating.

FB-PC4002HF may be affected by toughener and the recommended dosage should be no more than 1% (w/w).
FB-PC4002HF has synergistic effect with anti-dripping agents (e.g. FR-PT105).
