FB-PC4001HF is a non-halogenated semi-transparent flame retardant masterbatch for polycarbonate (PC), particularly suitable for PC applications like films, boards, and injection molding. This product has good compatibility with resins, low precipitation, a low dosage is usually sufficient to achieve the most efficient rating. The flame retarded PC material exhibits good flame retardant effect, high transparency, and good physical and mechanical properties. FB-PC4001HF is under the environmental regulations like RoHS, REACH, and PATH.

FB-PC4001HF is widely used in PC applictions such as PC modification, injection molding, calendering products. A dosage of 3~5% (by wt.) of FB-PC4001HF is usually sufficient to achieve UL94 V0 rating (1.6~3.2 mm).
FB-PC4001HF may be affected by toughener and recommended dosage should no more than 1% (by wt.).
FB-PC4001HF has synergistic effect with anti-dripping agent (e.g. FR-PT105).
