Product Description:

FR-AHP02(Pellet) is a white pellet, non-halogenated flame retardant based on phosphorus-silicon system for polyamide (PA/ nylon), specially developed to improve blooming, mold corrosion, and physical and mechanical properties. This product exhibits good flame retardancy, good compatibility with polymer resins. FR-AHP02(Pellet) offers advantages including good physical and mechanical properties, good appearance, low blooming, low mold corrosion, good recyclability in contrast to conventional P-P based, P-Si based, or P-N based products.

Applications:

FR-AHP02(Pellet) exhibits good flame retardancy, good physical property. In 30% glass fiber reinforced PA6/PA66 system, a dosage of 14-15% (by wt.) of FR-AHP02(Pellet) is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 rating (1.6 mm), with a notch impact strength (IZOD) higher than 14 kJ/m² .

FR-AHP02(Pellet) exhibits good thermal resistance, low blooming, good appearance (less flow mark), and less mold deposit, thanks to the special processing method. No blooming is observed after 7 days test of under 85 ℃ and 85% relative humidity.

FR-AHP02(Pellet) exhibits good electrical insulation (CTI value > 600V), good colourability (particularly suitable for white nylon, whiteness > 90%), and low graying probability of injection molding for long term.

FR-AHP02(Pellet) also ehibits good recyclability, thanks to its high flame retardancy, good compatibility with nylon in contrast to conventional flame retardants.
