Product Description：

FR-NSB100 is a white powder, non-halogenated flame retardant synergist specially developed for polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) as a substitute for antimony oxide (ATO, Sb₂O₃). This ATO-free, high-efficiency product offers an advantageously condensed phase mode to protect the materials. FR-NSB100 has good compatibility with polymers, paving the way for minimising the brittleness of PBT compounds. Multiple color solutions would be implemented to enable broader applications of flame retarded materials. This non-halogenated product complies with ROHS and REACH regulations.

Applications：

FR-NSB100 is suited for both glass-fibre reinforced and non-reinforced PBT. The flame retarded materials exhibit good physical and electrical properties in repeated secondary treatment.

FR-NSB100 has same colour as the ATO synergistic system, no colour-matching issues.

In 30% glass-fiber reinforced PBT, a dosage of approx. 5% of FR-NSB100 is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 rating, with tensile and impact strength comparable to commercial ATO-based synergistic flame retardants.

Subject to the PBT grade, processing conditions and glass-fibre reinforcement, the dosage of FR-NSB100 may vary.
