Antimony Oxide Replacement Flame Retardant for PVC
Product Description：
FR-NSB02 is specially designed to antimony oxide (ATO, Sb2O3) replacement for polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This non-halogenated product offers a higher limiting oxygen index (LOI) value compared to conventional NSB solutions which exhibiting a lower LOI value for PVC materials. It is particularly suitable for materials such as PVC wires and cables, leather, canvas, etc. FR-NSB02 achieves excellent flame retardant effects through good thermal stability, high whiteness, and minimal side effects on the physical, mechanical, and electrical properties of the flame retarded materials.

Applications：
In soft PVC, a dosage of 1.1 to 1.2 times that of FR-NSB02 is usually sufficient to achieve equivalent effects of Sb2O3 LOI and flame retardant grade, as well as good its dispersibility and mechanical properties.
