FR-AP1001G is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on ammonium polyphosphate (phaseⅡ, APP). It is modified from APP by silyl encapsulated, with an average polymerisation degree higher than 1000. This product shows a good fluidity, high decomposition temperature, excellent hydrophobicity, and low hygroscopicity. FR-AP1001G achieves its flame-retardant effect mainly through a condensed phase mode of action, and the improved catalytic char-forming intumescent.

APPLICATIONS
FR-AP1001G is suitable for rubber compounding process, less sulfurisation foaming caused by hygroscopicity. The flame-retardant effect can be improved by in combination with triazine carbonisation agents, pentaerythritol, and pentaerythritol esters.
FR-AP1001G is also used in epoxy resin sealants, acrylic coating, etc. The excellent synergistic effect is achieved by combined with MCA, or hypophosphite.
PACKAGE&STORAGE
Packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
The product should be sealed and stored in a dry, dust-free, and cool place.
