FR-HP100 is an innovative flame retardant that does not contain halogens, with a chemical structure based on P-N. When mixed with epoxy resin, it creates a clear solid material that is ideal for copper-clad laminates, LED encapsulation, powder coating, and various other uses. It has also been successfully used in transparent PC, benzoxazine resin, polyethylene, and viscose fiber production.

In Transparent Epoxy Resin:
FR-HP100 is more effective than traditional phosphorus-bromine flame retardants and can be added to transparent epoxy resin. A 15% dose of FR-HP100 in transparent epoxy resin provides good flame retardant properties.
In ransparent PC:
Typically, adding 8% to 10% of FR-HP100 is enough for products to achieve the FV-0 classification.
In Benzoxazine Resin Glass Cloth Laminated Board:
A 10% mass fraction of FR-HP100 is generally adequate to achieve the FV-0 classification.
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
