FR-MPP200
Melamine Polyphosphate Flame Retardant
Product Description:
FR-MPP200 is an innovative melamine polyphosphate flame retardant. This flame retardant is designed with a spherical shape and modified surface treatment to avoid any negative impact on material properties caused by decomposition during processing.
Item | Value |
Shape | White Powder |
Water/Moisture | 0.2% |
Decomposition Temperature | 350℃ |
Average Particle Size (D50) | 5μm |
Enhanced heat resistance;
Higher decomposition temperature compared to traditional MPP available in the market.
Excellent compatibility with various substrate materials.
Minimal effect on the physical properties of materials.
In fire-resistant systems:
Ideal for incorporation into epoxy resins, polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, and other polyolefin-based flame retardant formulations.
in combination with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and hypophosphite:
a synergistic effect is observed.
In PA6/66 with glass fiber and glass fiber reinforced PBT:
a dosage of 18% FR-MPP200 combined with hypophosphite is typically adequate for the compounds to achieve the UL 94 V-0 classification.
Packed in paper-plastic composite packaging with 25 kg per package.
The product should be stored in a sealed, dry, dust-free, and cool environment.
