Production Description
FB-PE800H is a bromine-antimony based flame retardant masterbatch for polyethylene (PE), containing 80% (by wt.) flame retardant content and 20% (by wt.) polyethylene as carrier resin. It achieves its excellent flame effect on good compatibility with polymer resins, low blooming, and the flame retarded PE exhibits good physical and mechanical properties. FB-PE800H is suitable for applications such as foaming in PE and PE/EVA systems, continuous extrusion foaming process, with benefits on homogeneous foaming, good appearance (e.g. less blow hole, good luster).

Applications:
FB-PE800H has good compatibility with polymer resins and good processability, suitable for the applications such as pearl cotton, blow molding, extruded pipes, hollow boards, etc.
FB-PE800H is widely used in the production of continuous extrusion foaming pipes, with stably homogeneous foaming and high foaming ratio. A dosage of 6~12% (w/w) of FB-PE800H is usually sufficient to obtain effective flame retardant rating.
Care must be taken that certain additives and auxiliaries may have side effects on FB-PE800H (e.g. calcium carbonate, chlorinated pigments, and etc.)

FB-PE800H is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
FB-PE800H should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
