FB-PE800H is an environmental-friendly PE-based flame retardant masterbatch. It is primarily used in PE or a combination of PE and EVA systems’ foaming. FB-PE800H can be used in continuous extrusion foaming processes without causing issues such as broken holes.

USAGE
FB-PE800H has excellent compatibility with other materials, meaning that it can be used without adjusting the formula.
In continuous extrusion foaming pipes:
FB-PE800H is commonly used in the production of continuously extruded foam pipes. It does not negatively impact the foaming stability, resulting in even foaming pores and a high foaming ratio. Good flame retardancy can be achieved by adding 6% to 12% of FB-PE800H to a PE formula.
In pearl cotton, blow molding, extruded pipes, and hollow boards etc.
Attention:
It should be noted that some additives, such as calcium carbonate and chlorinated color powders, may have adverse effects on the flame retardant system.
PACKAGING & STORAGE
Packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag and lined with a plastic bag. 25 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
