Product Description:
FB-PE801H is a bromine based flame retardant masterbatch for polyethylene (PE) films, containing 80% (by wt.) flame retardant content and 20% (by wt.) PE as carrier resin. It achieves the most effective flame retardant rating (VTM-0), thanks to its excellent flame effects on good compatibility with polymer resins, good dispersion and thermal stability. FB-PE801H flame retarded system exhibits good physical and mechanical properties, with benefits on good film appearance and no surface blooming.

Applications:
FB-PE801H is specially developed for PE and EVA films, such as blowing film, casting film, bubble film, etc.
A dosage of 6~10% (by wt.) of FB-PE801H is usually sufficient to achieve the VTM-0 flame retardant rating.

Packing:
FB-PE801H is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
FB-PE801H should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Partially emptied containers should be carefully resealed after use.
