Product Description:
FB-PA602AH is a phosphorus and silicone based flame retardant masterbatch for polyamide (PA/ nylon), with PA6 as the carrier resin. This product is specially developed from a nano-formula, it exhibits excellent flame retardant effect, and the flame retarded PA has high whiteness and good physical properties in contrast to conventional phosphorus-phosphorus or phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardant masterbatch. FB-PA602AH is suitable for applications such as PA plastic modification, injection molding, nylon cable tie, and etc.

Applications:
FB-PA602AH is specially developed for nylon flame retardant, suitable for plastic modification in nylon. This product has excellent and stable flame retardant effect, good processability, and less dust formation in contrast to conventional powdery flame retardants. A dosage of 18-20% (by wt.) of FB-PA602AH is usually sufficient to achieve UL94 V0 rating (1.6mm).
FB-PA602AH is also suitable for glass fibre reinforced and non-reinforced nylon injection molding. Most efficient flame retardant effects would be obtained by mixing FB-PA602AH and nylon. The dosage of FB-PA602AH may vary based on glass fibre content.
Care must be taken that FB-PA602AH should not be used with olefins.
