In PA 6/66 without glass fiber:
A dosage of 12 to 15% MC10S is generally adequate for achieving UL 94 V-0 classification in electrical compounds at thicknesses of 1.6 and 0.8, with minimal dripping that does not ignite degreased cotton. Additionally, the mechanical properties of the flame-retardant material can be enhanced.
As a foaming compound:
Application in other plastic materials, epoxy resins, rubber, etc.
When using MC25S, it is important to avoid lubricants and other additives to prevent screw slippage and a decrease in shear strength, which could result in poor dispersion and reduced flame retardancy.
Paper-plastic composite packaging. 20 kg per package.
The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
