Description

FR-AMP750 is a new halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardant developed to reduce precipitation and improve glow wire performance. The flame-retardant polyamide products are transparent in color, allowing for various color schemes and ensuring that the modified flame-retardant materials have a wider range of applications. 


FR-AMP750 offers several advantages. It has excellent flame retardancy and good compatibility with polymer substrates. Compared to conventional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, FR-AMP750 requires a lower dose and has less perception. It also has good glow wire performance and the products have a good appearance. The density of the compounds remains low due to FR-AMP750's low density, and the mechanical properties of the compounds can be well maintained.

Usage


Ø  In glass fibre polyamide:

Typically, a dose of 18% FR-AMP750 is sufficient for electrical compounds to achieve the UL 94 V-0 classification at a thickness of 0.8mm.

Ø  For the requirements of Glow Wire Ignition Temperature (GWTI):

The CTI of the compound can reach 600V. By adding 16% FR-AMP750 to a PA6 with glass fibre polymer, the GWIT and GWFI can reach 800℃ and 960℃, respectively.



Packaging & Storage

Ÿ   Paper-plastic composite packaging. 20 kg per package. 

Ÿ   The product must be sealed, kept dry, dust-free, and cool.
