Product Description

FR-NSB9100 is a white powder flame retardant synergist specially developed for antimony oxide (ATO, Sb2O3) substitute, which offers an eco-friendly solution for polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This ATO-free product is produced by composite particles homogeneously dispersed through nanotechnology. FR-NSB9100 improves the thermal stability of PVC during combustion testing, and enhances the physical properties of the flame retarded materials.

Applications:

In the usage of FR-NSB9100, synergistic flame retardant effects are obtained by in combination with liquid flame retardants (e.g. chlorine-, bromine-, or phosphate esters).


The density of FR-NSB9100 (2.8 g/cm3) is much lower than that of antimony oxide (Sb2O3,5.7 g/cm3 ), which ensures homogeneous mixing and prevents the occurrence of Sb2Odelamination during stirring.
