Silicone Masterbatch for PE
SR-500 is a silicone masterbatch with polyethylene resin as the carrier and ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane as the main component, which uses a high-efficiency dispersion combining craft to disperse the silicone in the polyethylene resin evenly. While regular silicone masterbatches can improve the texture and scratch resistance of materials like TPE, its poor compatibility with materials can also cause problems during the extrusion of wires, leading to easy separation and accumulation, thus forming die buildup, slag, and reducing product appearance and production efficiency. SR-500 is specially developed for improving 1these issues for PE and TPE wires.

SR-500 is suitable for materials such as PVC, TPE, TPV, and etc.
In extrusion and moulding(dosage:0.3% to 3%):
Reduced torque and head pressure during extrusion for increased output.
Acts as an internal lubricant to enhance flame retardant dispersion and reduce die buildup.
Improved mold stripping performance during injection molding process, thus increasing the fluidity of the materials and the mold filling performance and reducing the injection molding cycle.
In finished products:
Used in fiber-reinforced products to reduce surface floating fibers.
Improve the scratch resistance of the product surface.
Reduce the surface friction coefficient, thus improving the wear-resisting property.
Improve surface properties, including lubricity, smoothness, and silky touch
After the silicone masterbatch is evenly mixed with resin, it is processed into modified materials using an extruder.
After the silicone masterbatch is evenly mixed with resin, it is injection molded into products.

SR-500 is packed in paper-plastic bags with polyethylene inliner, 25kg per package.
Storage:
SR-500 should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
